"Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, amenities and staff was excellent. Very clean including the pool area. Only issue was that the gym didn’t open until 9am. "
"We had a wonderful time. The hotel and the room in great condition. Breakfast excellent. The property is walkable to most sites and close to the train and bus stations.
Most of all: The staff were amazing! Super friendly and always available to help.

"We’ve been traveling through Italy in the main cities and this hotel so far has been the best. The staff made it so special, always going above expectation. Restaurant was really good for food too! Big thank you to the reception desk, waiting on staff, chefs and cleaners.

"Room as immaculately clean. Steam shower was amazing. A little annoyed about the A/C, it turns off when you leave the room, so it didn’t stay cool in our room when we were gonna all day. Spa access was a lil confusing, it wasn’t use as you wish, you had to reserve a slot in a 3hr window which was at dinner time. This resulted in us only using the spa once. Breakfast had a wide selection, with a small cook to order menu. Was delicious and quick. Bed was extremely comfortable. Tram station for the...
"The property is beautiful, elegant, classy, CLEAN, and the STAFF was amazing! THE BED WAS DIVINE!! Easy rest after a full day in Florence. Shopping at City Center was an easy 20min walk but there's plenty transportation right outside the door that'll take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. The Ruby Bea was home for 5 days and I can't wait to go back. "
