Modern Marvel - 26km to Costa Brava beaches!

Modern Catalunya Casas villa in the resort of Les Comes, Sils, for up to 8 people, only 15 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava!

This villa, built on one level, is the ideal place for a luxury family vacation with all the comforts of home.

The property consists of open spaces and bright and spacious rooms in the following arrangements:

- Complete kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and cutlery, completely renovated with the latest practical equipment.

- Open living-dining room with a flat screen TV.

- Bedroom 1: Suite, with a queen bed and private bathroom, which also has a hot tub and shower.

- Bedroom 2: one double bed

- Bedroom 3: with a capacity of 3 people, the room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed.

- Bedroom 4: one single bed.

The bed sizes are as follows: 100x190 cm for single bed and 135x190 cm for double bed. Queen bed 160x190

Outside there is a large private garden with a children's house to play in, a covered area for lunch, charcoal barbecue, deck chairs, umbrellas and a beautiful private swimming pool of 4 m Wide by 7 m long with a depth of 1.3m to 1.5m

Our vacation rentals are close enough to tourist ‘meccas' so as to enjoy all the benefits these areas have to offer, yet far enough ‘off the beaten track’ where our guests have the opportunity to enjoy and experience the real Catalonia/Spain.

I'm still thinking about my stay with my partner and our friends at Sils. It was such a tremendous trip and we picked such a perfect apartment to stay in. we all want to go back to that place and we certainly will.

Nos alojamos en esta villa una semana en julio como parte de un grupo de 11. El tamaño, la distribución y las instalaciones eran insuperables. La zona de la piscina y la terraza fuera de la cocina era destacable. Nos encantó todo almorzar en la mesa de la piscina, y luego la cena arriba en la terraza donde hay un amplio espacio para todo el mundo que se aloja en la villa. El corto viaje a Sils hace surtir en disposiciones fácil. Un coche es esencial. Viajes a la playa o al parque acuático en Lloret tomar no más de 30 minutos y el aeropuerto está mucho más cerca de lo que hace el aspecto de viaje perfecto. Hay una tienda decente en el pueblo y un par de bares. Es un lugar que descansar por completo en el villa o utilizando como base para ver la zona. El tren hasta Girona de Sils tarda 40 minutos, lo que hizo el viaje de un día para nuestro partido fácil. Cada aspecto de nuestra estancia en esta villa cumplió o superó nuestras expectativas.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien 2 Wochen in der Villa. Das Haus war sehr schön und für die Anzahl der 7 Personen gab es genug Platz. Vor allem der Außenbereich hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Ein großer Tisch zum Essen, eine tolle überdachte Außenküche mit Gasplatten (zwei), Spüle mit fließend Wasser und einem Kohlegrill. Auch der Pool war so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es gab Liegen zum Entspannen und für die Teenager war der Basketballkorb spitze. Was wir nicht so gut fanden waren die Bettgrößen. Es gab nur ein großes Doppelbett für normal große bis große Menschen. Das zweite Doppelbett war viel zu klein für zwei Personen. Wir mussten daher ein bisschen Umräumen, damit die beiden anderen Erwachsenen auch gut schlafen konnten. Außerdem fehlte es an der ein oder anderen Ausstattung im Küchenbereich, z. B. haben wir große Schüsseln für Salat vermisst oder mehrere vernünftige Schneidebretter. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher waren zwar vorhanden, jedoch von billigster Ausstattung. Negativ war auch, dass die großen flachen Teller leider nicht zum Spülen in die Spülmaschine passten. Da hatten wir in solch einer Villa eine bessere Ausstattungsqualität erwartet. Leider waren die Bäder und vor allem das Geschirr bei Ankunft nicht richtig sauber. Nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur vor Ort wurden die Bäder erneut geputzt. Das Geschirr hatten wir bereits selber gesäubert. Die Umgebung des Hauses war nicht so anschaulich. Viele leerstehende Häuser und verwahrloste Grundstücke. Die Fahrt zum Meer dauerte mindestens 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Positiv dabei ist aber zu erwähnen, dass es in vielen Orten Parkplätze umsonst gab. Vielleicht auch wichtig im Vorfeld zu wissen: der Besitzer des Hauses wohnt direkt nebenan.
