"This is a pleasant hotel in the new San Simeon. Walking distance to the beach, but no direct access from the property. Several restaurants on the same street and across the highway. A pleasant surprise: a private jacuzzi (jet bathtub) in each room! Bring your favorite foam bath."

Can tell they are in process of fixing up the property. Great price and good location to beach, Hearst Castle and Cambria. Not bad for a last minute trip. "
