"Title: Misleading Pictures and Terrible Experience Review: Do not trust the photos on Expedia! The pictures make El Colibri Hotel & Spa look beautiful, but the reality is that the property is old, ugly, and completely unmaintained. We had absolutely no basic amenities in our room—no towels, no toilet paper, and no room service available at all. The experience was so incredibly bad that my parents actually cut their trip short and drove home early instead of staying until Monday. This was a completely awful experience and definitely not what we paid for. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
