The Summit Stage transit system has a stop near the condo building, making it easy to get to the area's ski resorts, including Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Keystone. Whether you're carving lines down the mountains or hiking up them in the summer, you'll be perfectly positioned to take advantage of everything Summit County has to offer.

After a long day out in nature, return to your vacation rental for a well-deserved evening of rest. Stretch out on the sofa in the living room and browse the cable channels on the flatscreen TV. Good location and price, but lacks real customer support

Condo was clean and quiet. Well stocked Kitchen.Great showers. Amazing view from the deck.However, there were obvious flaws that made this stay less than ideal.Wifi password provided was wrong and it took 3 days until we were finally provided with a working password.Dish network wouldn’t work, and customer service said it wasn’t available, even though it says so in the listing.Listing said there was washer and dryer, but they are in the common area in basement and are pay machines.Battery powering the door combo was running low so we had to be lighting fast to open the door. I told them the first night we checked in but saw no fix.The can opener lacked the part that actually pierces the can, which made opening a few cans for cooking a bit more of an adventure than planned.And finally, there used to be a common game room, but I didn’t see the update showing it was closed due to regulations (currently under construction) and because of the construction, the pool was also closed, and we didn’t brave the sauna because we couldn’t tell if it was operational.It felt like the place was run by an out of state corporation, with little actual knowledge of the unit or ability to provide assistance.I hope this helps you prepare should you rent, or for the owners to fix their poor service.

No hot tub, awful experience all around

Do not book this unit or any unit managed by Vacasa. This unit does not have a functioning hot tub, and it was also dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. I left several messages with the property manager, Vacasa, and did not receive a single response from them. I finally had to call VRBO who was able to reach Vacasa days later, but even then, Vacasa was still extremely unhelpful. I will never rent a unit managed by them again.

Great spot near the slopes

Worked great for our lodging during our ski trip to keystone! Property management is very attentive and quick to help out with any questions or issues.

Property had no hot water 1st 2 days. Later, 2x no water. Property was old, dirty and needs repair. Some non English speaking maintenance (appearing as) wanted to come in to check toilet. I wasn't informed earlier so denied them entrance. Though Vacasa did refund me 2 days rent, I'll not stay there again.

Excellent mountain condo!

This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of comfortable space for our family of 5. Beautiful view from the balcony! The only tricky part was finding the correct wing of the complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Not as expected

The listing shows a fireplace, yet there was no wood in the room. We really wanted to build a fire on a cold night and that was part of the criteria for where we booked. All other condos in the building had stacks of wood on their decks yet the property manager told us to go to town to get our own (?). Could not check in or out one minute earlier or later due to “COVID cleaning”, yet we found evidence of poor cleaning... thick dirt and dust on top of fridge, headboards, pictures, half used toiletry items. Yuck. Could have used a map of the property to figure out how to find the room rather than drag our stuff up four flights and later discover an elevator in the adjacent building. Difficult to get key out of lockbox on door. Listing shows pool and hot tub available, yet they were closed. Should have disclosed that as well as lack of firewood upon booking. Pros- nice view and nice lay out in the condo.

Fantastic views

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The mountain views from the balcony were fantastic, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The condo was clean and well-equipped; however, the sink in the master bathroom was draining extremely slowly---and was nearly stopped up. We also think the instructions for entering the condo could have been clearer (we had no idea that we were to "open" the box to retrieve a key; we simply thought the number code would open the door.) It was also difficult to replace the key and box when we left. Overall, it was a wonderful place, and we would stay there again!

Super Dusty & Dirty condo. Disappointed!

Came up to Silverthorne with my sister. She’s never been there before. Got to the condo walked in and it smelled very closed up and stuffy. Then we made our way all the way inside and notice dust everywhere! Carpet was clearly never vacuumed and bathroom floors had hair from last people. Felt terrible and embarrassed for my sister to have to see this. Plus she has bad allergies. We almost left to get a hotel for her but hotels where booked up. Also, bath tub in master did not work at all. Sofa in living room is broken and there was hair and stains on it. We really felt very uncomfortable in this condo and didn’t want to touch a darn thing. It was gross and was not up to par at all. Shame on owners. And cleaning service if there really is one. I wonder what happened to my cleaning deposit because it certainly didn’t go towards cleaning this condo.

Nice place for a long weekend

Place was nice. Mostly clean. Master bath sink was clogged and had a very slow drain. Before we ever used it you could see it was covered with soap yuck and hairs likely from previous guest. Rest of the condo was great. Hot tub was ok, but not great.

Great time in the mountains

This condo was very comfortable. It looks just like the photos, is very clean, in good condition and very well stocked with everything we needed. Besides, there’s a nice pool and hot tub in the building along with a game room and lounge. It’s easy to get to and the views are fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, homey, cozy condo with lots of space and gorgeous views

We absolutely loved this place. We didn't want to leave. The condo is far enough up the hill from Silverthorne to allow for spectacular views and very quick access to the White River National Forest hiking trails just above it. Convenient to run into Silverthorne or Dillon for errands but removed enough to be very peaceful and quiet. Super close to Breckenridge, Keystone, A Basin and other ski mountains. Had everything we needed and more. The building was quiet and had nice amenities like a small pool, hot tub, sauna and pool table/game room area. Check in and check out were super easy. All in all, A+

Needs better beds / couches.

We like the complex and condo but the beds were not comfortable for us. The couches also were not comfortable. The sauna in the clubhouse area was not working. I seldom write anything negative but after hiking all day long we needed a comfortable bed and furniture. We have rented this before and would do so again if these items were corrected. If not we would not. Sorry.

Amazing

We stayed at the condo for 1 week...it was clean, quiet and safe. Enjoyed the mornings sitting on the deck and having breakfast enjoying the views. Did some shopping and exploring...overall a very relaxing week!!

what a great place and what a great view!

we stayed for our family vacation over the easter weekend, and the accommodations were great. plenty of space for the 3 kids and both adults, the view was amazing. If there was a neutral about this place, not really even a drawback but maybe just some suggestions for future rentals would be that the heat in the condo was really high, and there was a little lack of selection in the spice cabinet, only salt and pepper, we don't need a lot just some garlic, or onion powder or something would be nice to have. I left you my garlic herb seasoning! but again i would not in anyway hesitate to stay here again! nice quiet location, good pool and hot tub, an elevator for hauling your luggage and everyone i had contact with about the rental and throughout the rental process were very helpful and courteous. thanks for a great weekend! would not hesitate to stay here or at other properties for the same company!

Everything was as advertised ...

Silverthorne is always a convenient place to stay. The condo met our needs. No issues. Would rent there again. Was a little surprised to see that we dealt with management company. All of my previous rentals through VRBO dealt with owners, not management companies. The name VRBO (Vacation rental by OWNER) kind of implies that you would be dealing with the owner directly. It wasn't an issue, just was surprised.
