"Overall, the one night stay was good. The room was very clean, with some minor signs of aging. We were allowed to check in and get access to our room early, which was very convenient. For access to the airport, it was extremely convenient, and was a 5 minute walk from the train to the city center. That being said, there was a group of people chatting in the lobby until very late (1-2 am), and due to the design of the hotel, this conversation echoed through the halls and made it very hard to get a restful night of sleep. I had to resort to ear plugs. Perhaps a sign in the lobby stating quiet hours, or staff reminding guests that the sound will travel would be helpful. This made the stay more unpleasant than it should have been given the state of the hotel. "

"Pros: Clean. Good ventilation. Very quiet. Comfortable room temperature. Spacious and nicely designed room. Located close and conveniently to Zurich airport. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. Cons: Had difficulty checking in using the self check-in terminal. Staff looked up my reference number for me to self check-in. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. "
