This has actually been the best hotel experience we’ve experienced since coming to the UK two weeks ago - from the friendly male Indian staff member to the luxurious building/interiors/design to the massive room with lofted ceilings and nice amenities - with details like having our bags sent up to the room and cucumber water in fine glasses at the front - I was thoroughly impressed. "Had a great stay. We had an issue with the loo when we first went in which was fixed immediately. Staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for tips on what to do. Room lovely! Exterior window could do with a clean but I imagine that’s tricky. Great price and will definitely be saying again. "
