Every day there were people outside our room smoking, which made the stay uncomfortable, and the smell came into our room. On the day we checked out, a housekeeping staff member opened our room door at 10:40 a.m. to tell us that checkout was at 11:00 a.m., which we already knew when we booked the room. That was extremely unprofessional because she did not knock first and did not know whether we were dressed or not. I would never go back."
