"This was my first time staying at The Westin Tampa Bay and it was an amazing stay! I was very impressed! The staff was super friendly and helpful, greeting you when you enter the Lobby and asking if you need assistance. The parking garage is attached to the hotel with an elevator also going to the hotel which made it very convenient for coming and going. I ate at the restaurant and my food was very good! I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed. "

I admit I made a mistake with my reservation, but that should not be an excuse for showing a bad attitude toward customers.
