The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart. "This wasn’t my first stay at this resort, but this time I experienced some check‑in complications due to technical issues with my reservation—problems that were beyond the reception staff’s control and caused a delay. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. "The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok."
