"Reasons for only one star (but some. Hope at he end):
- dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather
- No hot water during the complete stay
- filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests
- breakfast was not edible for Norwegians
- staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again
- obvious fake reviews on the site. Disgusting!

"The hotel is a new property, contemporary decorated. All areas are clean.
The room was not clean at check in. There was a fine dust at the floor, also at the wooden separation board between the bed and the living area, the house keeping was going to clean it but I was very tired because I had some issues with the check in so I took the room after a long waiting time and I needed to sleep that's why I asked him to continue cleaning it the next day but he didn't unfortunately, otherwise, he was helpful. The A.c was too loud at night. They gave me a bed for the little baby, but it hadn't a mattres, we didn't use it as it was hard. Bathroom looks like not new, ceiling of the shower was with peeling paint.
Food was excellent, with high quality and lot of varieties. Also drinks and beverage were as good as the food.
Only a little comment about,Flies could be found on the main restaurant at the cheese bar, I don't know if they like the cold part of the buffet.
Bars and cafes are well managed, everything is everywhere, you don't have to go far for a specific need.
Even the night show was with a very good quality, dancers are professionals.
G.M. Mr. Nader who was a very gentle man invited us to a vip party in the Lebanese restaurant, that was a good night, I enjoyed the food made by turkish top chief Sadat, a very serious man.
Most of the staff were helpful, Lough to you and always welcoming you.
Mr. Youssry is the man of the hotel, thanks to him our stay wil be unforgettable."
"Although the stuff was very friendly and they're doing their best to make us happy, the resort condition was not pleasing at all , the food quality, taste and variety was very very bad
I have stayed two nights and intended to extend but from the first night I was searching for another better option to book instead of that one
Beverages also have made me having a diarrhea all the days I have stayed

An absolute dream stay — pure relaxation and luxury
From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel felt special. The property is stunning, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained truly a place where you can relax and disconnect.
The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really feel the level of hospitality here.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there.
The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared.
And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart.
What made this stay unforgettable was the overall experience from the serene surroundings to the level of service, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway."
"Great hotel. Food and drinks are true quality. Rooms are well designed and spotlessly clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Gardens are beautiful and the beach is clean and added bonus of a waiter bringing you drinks to your sunbed. Would recommend if you want to relax. "
"This wasn’t my first stay at this resort, but this time I experienced some check‑in complications due to technical issues with my reservation—problems that were beyond the reception staff’s control and caused a delay. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. Thanks to their warm hospitality and attentive care, what could have been an annoying booking problem turned into a truly wonderful experience, reaffirming my belief that this resort is an unparalleled destination in every way."
