10/10 Excellent

"Property is right next to Sorrento railway station, less than 10mins walk into the main part of town. The room was clean and well presented, with plenty of space for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions. The breakfast catered for different tastes and was a handy option for the start of the day. Rooftop bar had a wonderful view as well."

"Best part of the stay is the staff. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice. They were super helpful in arranging the transportation to the Naples hotel. They also connected us with the doctor for my son’s earache. Although the room and bathroom are tiny the helpful staff made all of forget that even being an isssue."

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for two nights, and had a great time. The infinity pool was beautiful outside our doors. It looked down over the whole valley and ocean. We also ate in the dining room for dinner one evening and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You won't be disappointed."

"Terrible experience overall. As a solo female traveler, I felt like a second-class guest. The staff were generally disrespectful, impatient, and unhelpful. Very few employees spoke English, and communication was extremely difficult throughout my stay. The worst experience happened at a restaurant where I planned to have dinner. Due to a misunderstanding with my order, a staff member apparently entered it incorrectly. An older man from the kitchen then came out carrying a huge fish and loudly insisted that I had ordered it and needed to finish it. The fish was the size of my arm. I repeatedly explained that I was dining alone and had not ordered such a large meal, but he kept arguing. The entire restaurant was staring at me, and it was one of the most embarrassing moments I have experienced while traveling. When I refused to accept the fish, they brought me an uncooked fish fillet instead, which I did not eat. I left the restaurant feeling belittled, embarrassed, and hungry, yet I was still expected to pay the bill. The experience upset me so much that I skipped breakfast the next morning and left a day early. Beyond the restaurant incident, the staff throughout the property were rude, impatient, and unwilling to explain things. Accessing the hotel was also difficult, requiring a strenuous 30-minute walk over steep hills. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The reception area was small but the open spaces were big and beautiful. The bar looked lovely but we never saw anyone there. The pool was fabulous but there were 286 steps dow and back unless you like boat rides to the port and a buggy back. We felt they could provide a buggy to and from the port on arrival and departure as it’s there to bring guests back from the beach anyway. The room was beautiful and the staff were lovely"
