The bed was comfortable, and the place quite clean. Vico Equense was what we were looking for; more locals and the Italian experience. Easy to get to places from the commuter train. "We fell in love with Sorrento. It's a beautiful city with plenty of things to do. You can also catch a ferry to Capri, Amalfi and Positano. The VRBO was beautiful and so comfortable. You're surrounded by olive trees and the view of the Bay of Naples is so amazing. The host helped us with getting taxis and dining recommendations. The hill from the street to the VRBO can be difficult but I'm 68 and I walked it several times."

He was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the villa, and had a printed map to show us locations of markets and pizzerias (excellent recommendations).
