Main issue with service relating to queuing at bars, temperamental experience with self service drinks areas. "Beautiful hotel in Ait Benhaddou. Our room was clean and comfortable, however there was no TV and wifi service was extremely slow. Their rooftop terrace was serene and perfect for enjoying the quiet and beautiful surrounding. This was the only hotel we stayed at during our two-week travels through Morocco; our other accommodations were Riads which felt more warm and welcoming than a standard, yet charming, hotel like Kasbah Isfoula."

"Way overpriced for what it is, we wouldn't call it 4 stars by any means (bathrooms etc really 1 star). Had a lot of problems with check-in even though rooms were prepaid. Tried to charge us for dinner at checkout even though we didn't eat there. They charge 10 euros per person for the jacuzzi. Didn't like seeing birds stuck in a tiny cage by the reception either. Property has potential but they need to spend some money on it and lower prices until they bring it up to an appropriate level. ...

"The hotel was clean and friendly staff. Only that they do not provide any shampoos conditioners or. Body lotion which is normally provided in hotels all over the world. No clothes iron in rooms but you can get one with a deposit at reception. The food was very repeatative and felt that way even thoug even had 2 meals in different restaurants during our 4 nights stay. The staff in the main bar in the evening were rather disappointing. They need to learn to serve with a smile and treat everyone...
