"The property is calm . Food is not as expected for a five star property neither services, they have a delicious fruit salad. Lotfi on the bar was so friendly and helpful as well as Najeh. Expected more from other departments."

"I enjoyed my stay at Palmyra Holidays Resort and Spa. My kids loved the swimming pool and the food at the hotel. What I liked most was the swimming pool filled with sea water. It was fantastic and the view overlooking the beach was amazing! A big Thank you to the receptionists Nora and Hadda, they were extremely helpful! "We stayed for 2 nights with friends. The hotel is very old and tired and run down and not clean at all the pillows are mouldy and towels all stained . We had ants in our room crawling in the bed but I must say the receptionist tried very hard to assist from checking to resolve this . The food and dining is an experience in its self !! The hotel can’t help the guests but despite that the ambiance and quality of food is not even a rating . We ate out even at breakfast. Sadly I would not...
