"Me and my partner booked a room for the night as we were travelling to London for a gig and it got quite late so decided to stay instead of drive back. The staff were very accommodating when we mentioned we may be a bit later than midnight to check in. The room they had booked for us had issue with the air con and it wouldn't work. It was almost 30 degrees in the room as it was in the peak of summer, so we contacted reception and explained the situation. They kindly moved and upgraded us to a different room with a working air con. Check out was easy and we were even able to leave our car in the car park, situated beneath the hotel, while we explored London. Came back afterwards and paid easily for our parking. Overall I recommend it. If you have any issues, the staff will do their best to help out."
