"There were 2 beds in my room and one had 2 clips (for box spring) that were sticking out about 6” from floor. They would have ripped my leg open had I not had jeans on. My room was 305 right next to the elevators that dinged constantly all night!"

"I just stayed a week at this property, as did my brother and his wife in a room on the same floor a few doors down. My stay was pretty great, but my brother had some hiccups. I slept really well at this hotel (room 114) - that is not a given for me, so high marks for the comfort of the stay. I never heard any noise from neighboring rooms or the floor above. My partner using the toilet in our room in the middle of the night also never woke me up. Truly, the soundproofing is excellent. The water pressure in the shower is also excellent. I really liked that the pool (which has a basketball hoop!) and hot tub are open until midnight. Breakfast was pretty standard. I liked that they had fruit cups, but was disappointed that the only yogurt was Dannon Light n Fit, which contains artificial sweeteners. It's basically the Diet Mountain Dew of yogurts. My brother was in room 108 and was awoken multiple times at 7:30 am by noise in the alley behind the hotel - a garbage truck or delivery truck. He also had several frustrating encounters with front desk staff. When he inquired about a fitness center (they don't have one onsite), one employee said they have a key for guests to access a nearby Anytime Fitness but "don't ask [her] where [Anytime Fitness] is." She repeated this three times. Thankfully, the address was printed on the key. He also asked whether the pillows were stuffed with down or synthetic fibers and they didn't understand the question."

"First the good of our stay, the hotel was in a perfect location for our 1 night stay. The room was nice and spacious and fairly clean. The not so good was our room had small pillows, not king size, more like throw pillows for a loveseat. The towels were thin and scratchy. The worst part however was our not so pleasant experience with the woman working the desk at check-in. She was extremely rude and abrasive. I gave her my reservation number which I booked through Expedia. She insisted I only booked one room, even after showing her the confirmation that I booked two rooms. She was huffing and puffing and being short with us. Then when we asked if we could get a room for the same price she replied no and it would be $40 more than the Expedia price. She finally agreed to call someone and they apparently told her she needed to page down further to see the second room. We barely got an apology for her error."

"I absolutely love this place! Second time going there as I had appointments at the UW. Everything is very close and convenient you cannot go wrong! This hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds are very comfortable, lots of tv channels, very nice pool and hot tub area, very nice staff, excellent breakfast lots to choose from, happy hour from 5-7 to mingle with people and hotel supplies popcorn, nachos and cheese, wine or beer. You will not be disappointed by staying here! Like I said, extremely clean and wonderful staff."

"The hotel is 12-15minutes to downtown Madison. The hotel itself is ok, upon entering the building you will feel the humidity inside, it's hot especiallu in the elevator..the check in is ok, no one is around when I enter the building she somewhat somewhere in the building and waited . The room is ok one lampshade is not working, the lights on the headboard is not working, stain on the lampshade . There is only 2 towels ,1 handtowel and 1 face towel and smell different.Air con is ok somehow the fan don't run continuously. The breakfast is the worst, I travel a lot but this one , wow , don't expect to see scrambled egg or bacon or sausage nothing . They only have pancake with syrup.2-3 Oranges and apple. Cereals for kids and toast with jelly jam. And the worst is the coffee,. Taste awful and water too. We stayed 2 days and not planning to come back. The front desk guy spend too much time in his phone .Thats it."
