"Room was immaculate, staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was lovely and a great selection, stayed for 1 evening meal, we had the steak pie with chips and peas which we would highly recommend, the only thing we didnt like was the 10% service charge, its not made obvious on the menu, its right at the bottom of the page and without my glasses i missed it, and again it was not made obvious at the till, i just dislike that the charge was not made more obvious."

"The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when visiting Blackpool. "

You get your table in the dining room which is yours for the duration and also your table in the cabaret bar which i thought was fab especially when there are six of you All staff were lovely and accomodating, breakfast and dinner was lovely along with the entertainment which was amazing, great weekend will definitely be back"

"Another fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel. Ss on our previous visit,the room,which was the luxury deluxe king,was spacious, extremely clean with a wonderful king size bed as well as a two seated sofa,dressing table and chair. This room was very spacious,with a very good size ensuite, featuring a large shower tray. The owners can't do enough,if you need anything,they will ensure you will get it. For us,we had everything we needed and more. A fantastic hotel ran by the most wonderful and friendly owners. Thanks once again for another fantastic stay."
