"Great location, really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, rooms were really clean and warm and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice with great service and they made us all feel welcome every morning and included the kids in everything. Would 100% stay here again for our next visit. "

"From the minute we arrived the hosts could not have been more accommodating We arrived around 2.30pm and with limited parking on the street their was no spare spaces but Phil kindly moved his so we could park right outside this goes along way in my book Room was nice and clean as you expect My only worry was going to be the shower as stayed in few hotels in Blackpool where the pressure has been rubbish but this shower did not disappoint Their was a bar at night and the prices very cheap...

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Hotel massive. Like a maze. Room was very standard and simple but clean. Had a back room so looking in the the yard and other rooms but didn’t want to pay £30 extra for sea view. Mainly for older generation as in our 30’s 40’s we were the youngest there. Breakfast was self service and very nice. All fresh. Tv very small could do with bigger. Right at the attractions and great location. "

"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. "We arrived in November and after reading reviews of other hotels in the area that were too cold for guests, we were delighted that our double room in the Waldorf was warm and cozy with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. We were also pleased that the Pleasure Beach Amusement Park was only a short walk away and hotel parking was included in the price. "Friendly helpful chap on reception, parking wasnt part of the booking but he found available space and even offered after stay parking upon our check out, there was no noise from other guests, no issues with Hotel Roomz."
