"We chose this property expecting the premium experience it advertised, but unfortunately our stay fell far below expectations. The issues went beyond small inconveniences and included cleanliness, maintenance, non-functioning amenities, and serious security concerns.Upon arrival, two beds were visibly dirty with crumbs and hair still present. We also found a dirty diaper in a bathroom drawer, and overall cleanliness throughout the home was below standard. Outdoor furniture and entertainment areas were dirty and covered in bugs, and there was a heavy bug presence throughout the stay resulting in multiple bites daily for our group. We also had to discard of a dead possum under the deck. Several advertised amenities did not work. The whole-home speaker system was unusable & backyard speakers were blown. The outdoor fireplace was unsafe to use, requiring manual lighting because the igniter was corroded and missing parts. The pool was not heated before arrival and the hot tub required constant texting to manage.The biggest issue was security. The driveway gate could not close and one exterior door was missing a deadbolt entirely. During our stay, suspicious individuals approached and lingered near the property, leading us to contact police. Officers advised us to secure the home due to safety concerns, which was difficult because of the broken gate and missing lock.For a property marketed as luxury, this home was not maintained or managed to the standard advertised."

"This was a great place to stay while we were in Tampa Bay. The house and yard are beautiful and clean and a perfect place to relax and unwind each day. They provide everything you need to make it a relaxing, fun vacation/getaway. The hosts were very communicative throughout the entire process. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to that area."
