"The hotel was closed without any notice so we had nowhere to stay. Sign on the door said it was due to a power outage. However, it looked like the hotel had been closed down for quite a while. We arrived at 11.30pm in a strange city - it was very stressful and inconvenient and had to find alternative accommodation very late at night.
We are waiting for Expedia to sort out our refund."
