"Not our first time visiting. Due to mobility issues we always ask for a first floor room and they always accommodate. The indoor pool was warm and easy to access. My only qualm is the 'pebble-like' flooring in pool room. Not so good for sensitive feet. "

"Front desk check in was greeted by a great staff. Friendly and went above and beyond for my mom and I. Finding us a first floor room which I forgot to request at time of booking. My only complaint was to do with the family that stayed above us letting their children jump off the bed repeatedly from 10-12pm. No fault of this hotel. "

"I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast and Carol and Jeff made my first experience a truly wonderful and memorable experience. At the end of our stay, both hosts felt like family and will be missed. The service is excellent, the breakfast great and the building itself really charming. Would gladly stay again. So glad I was able to experience this!"

"This is an older renovated resort. The pools there are large! Even the indoor pool. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the interior is well decorated and clean. We had a beachfront double queen room. The view and bed mattresses were awesome! The beach was nice and clean but we never made it down there as it was a little too cool and we did a lot of sightseeing. I will definitely stay there if I ever go back to Cape Cod. "

"Easy check in.room was clean.pool was warm.hot tub/jacuzzi was relaxing.also there is a sauna.breakfast area was clean and had a variety of choices for food and drinks.plenty of storage for clothes in room.problems with room,missing handle on dresser.line to hang wet clothes in shower was broken.also volume of tv was low even at max."
