"The beds were very uncomfortable my back was hurting every night the room stinks when you walk in I smelled mole one house keeper was very rude and bossy! I would never book a stay there again! They were broken glass on the floor noooo wayyy"

"Everything was great except the toilet having to be flushed multiple times and loud air conditioner. I would still stay there again because of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. "

"Amazing stay, great view and comfortable accommodations. Only complaint is lower floors are subject to street noise which is out of the hotel’s control. Would 100% stay here again when returning to New Haven"
