Suites are in a perfect area in St Johns town Center. Many accesible areas, close to highway. Area is quiet and super safe. Staff is nice.

This was a perfect stop on the way to board a cruise. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff!

We always stay at Hotel Indigo when we visit Jacksonville. The hotel is updated and modern, the area is quiet and safe, and there is so much shopping and dining within a 10 mile radius.

Super safe area with well lit parking. Friendly and quick reception with iced down drinks and snacks available at checkin. Foosball tables and comfortable seating araaa in lobby. Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.

Pretty palm trees, friendly helpful staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, third floor room has big walk in shower and separate tub, spacious room and bathroom, covered parking from sun and rain, convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice pool area and outside patio. Great breakfast!!

By far, best feature of the hotel is the pool area - it did not disappoint. Compared to so many other hotels, this pool has fun waterfalls which also provided shade. For the weekend we were there, it never felt crowded because the area in and around the pool is spacious. Loved how breakfast was a little different each morning - plenty of options. Never seemed like anything was running out. The bar and grill had great conch fritters - husband ordered them twice. Room was pretty typical but...

Downstairs was very nice and inviting. Many games and nice sitting area.

Property was in a great location, Publix is located across the street with a few places to eat nearby. There’s also a coffee shop across the street incase you’re looking for coffee and pastries. Parking was convenient(only valet) and they have a courtesy shuttle that will drop you off at the beach/pier. Rooftop bar was nice and their breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and super helpful with the exception of check out. She was extremely rude and snapped at me when I asked her a question....

I spend a wonderful time at the hotel. I dont have any complaint at all
