"Our room was clean. Cleaning staff were kind and friendly. My sons enjoyed the pool although it wasn’t as clean. There were grains at the bottom of the floor. I stepped on a shard and it scratched my foot but nothing major. Check in staff were okay, just basic service. They don’t really go beyond on what you call amazing service. I called to ask for cutlery and I was told to ask Crave restaurant. I went down to ask Crave and they were nice and provided one for me."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, rhe staff was friendly. The hotel is in need of some updating When I tried to showered at 8pm, there was no hot water. There were no face cloths and one hand towel, I'm sure I could have called for more, but the room was booked for 2, just not stocked. In the morning all the water was hot and you couldn't get cold water to come out for brushing your teeth. It's pretty dated, which is fine, but the curtains dont fit the windows, so the street light streams in all night. And the old doors sound like cannons going off if anyone leaves their room. Doesn't make for good sleeping."

"We had a brief but very comfortable stay here. Parking was plentiful, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the pool area was clean and well-stocked with towels, and there was a delicious selection of breakfast foods on the buffet. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing service from start to finish. The staff are genuinely warm, polite, and always ready to help. The hotel’s gym is fully equipped with weights, bench, treadmill, bike, towels, TV, and even has an adults pool and hot tub beside it, perfect if you want quiet time away from the busy kids’ waterpark. The waterpark itself is fantastic, with an area for younger kids, completely separated from older ones, which is very safe. The water is warm and clean, there’s a hot tub on the side, and plenty of seating to relax while watching the kids play. Warm towels are constantly available, and everything is spotless and well maintained. When is full of kids, staff comes and supervise the waterslides so it doesn't become a problem when all kids are trying to slide at the same time. It opens until 10pm which is very convenient if you arrive on a late flight. The hotel restaurant serves all meals (breakfast isn’t complimentary) and offers room service until 11 pm. There’s also a bar, plus a Tim Hortons just a short walk away. Even though the hotel was full during our stay, the rooms were impressively quiet. We skipped housekeeping because the kids slept late, but the staff still brought fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries every morning. There’s a cozy dining area if you prefer takeout, which is great with kids. Parking is spacious, with indoor and outdoor options. We had an amazing experience. Don’t hesitate to book, this place is a gem."
