"My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Applause Hotel and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect. The service was outstanding; the staff were not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. Especially Anna went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing helpful recommendations and quick responses to any requests. She took the initiative to recognize my daughter’s birthday during breakfast when she found out. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. Our room was immaculate upon arrival. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort. We stayed in a Mountain Cabin which was a chalet style unit. The decor was more modern than the other cabins we stayed in while on our trip, but it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed being able to start a real fire in the fireplace. Staff was very courteous and responsive to requests. The parking can be a little tight especially if you have a large vehicle."

"This property was so perfect! It was adorable, had a fireplace in the room, was near the downtown, had easy parking, and the staff were all wonderfully helpful! The hot pools and sauna on the roof were a great feature. The only thing missing was free coffee in the lobby."

"I needed a simple, clean, safe place to crash for the night. This provided just that, and the staff were friendly and eager to assist. Also grateful for the little fridge to keep some food; air conditioner/heater worked well. No complaints. :-)"
