"Great March Break programming. The pool sign up is awkward but I understand the need; a better process would be great, though. The brunch was good, we would have it again upon a return. The water slide is a highlight. We aren't Nespresso users, though. A Keurig or other simple coffee maker would be fine. At check in Francis gave us a hand, which was very appreciated as it allowed us to drop our bags and get to an appointment easily and have that already taken care of. Exceptionally helpful. "

"Room was clean and very nice however our main reason for staying at a hotel rather than with friends was for the pool. The pool was so cold that you couldn’t get used to it. Extremely disappointing!"
