"When i had an issue with the outlet being Brocken not holding my phone plug in the wall they switched our room right away and they said that they would take care of the outlet. They were very respectable with everything that we needed help with."

"The rooms were clean and remodeled.They aren't in the newer style but were fine. I didn't like the pillows but my 78 year old father said they were fine, so tale my comment for what it is."

""Our stay at Baymont inn. was truly exceptional! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions. The room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff, especially at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. We also enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which offered delicious food and great service. If you're looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and excellent service, I highly recommend the Baymont inn."
