We needed light. 2)The WiFi did not work in the room. 3) A piece of tile was loose from the wall. 4) There was no frig in the room (or microwave). 5) My husband needed light to work at the desk. Hotel is good, clean and comfortable. We arrived early- about noon and rooms weren't ready. Completely understandable- my only issue was the person at the counter didn't seem to be trying to help the situation or at least make me feel that it was ok for me to be there. Perhaps they are understaffed as everyone is now- and we were way early. but even at 4pm which is when we got our rooms, (and their check in time), the staff were struggling to finish rooms.
