"The air conditioner was not working throughout the stay. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. Suggest stocking a few bottles of water in the fridge as a starter package and some small sample soaps and shampoos Pool was really nice and location was nice. If it hadn’t been for the AC I...

"The staff was great. Gary is top notch. Only reason I put 4s on area and property conditions is they are still doing repairs due to the Hurricane. Highly recommend if you want a place to just relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. We will be back. "

I have asked for some modifications in my reservation and they were very caring about it, if you are looking for peace then this is the place. It has everyone that you might need for unwinding. "

"Main issue was that the door does not have a toddler proof lock. Like there is no chain or bar at top. So basically my toddler could open the door and run outside to the pool at will. So that was very stressful. They were hard to get ahold of at front desk but besides those things amenities were nice and we enjoyed the trip"
