"I loved the easy check in. The place was clean and as advertised. It was very roomy. It was close to everything I wanted to do. I walked across the parking lot to Gabe’s and did some shopping. It was clean! I left both keys in my room and someone came right down to get me new keys. The pool was cute and the smoking/patio area was cute and clean as well. The price was right!!! I will definitely visit Ashley Quarters again… also the shower pressure and water temp was the BEST! "

"Everything about my room and the property was wonderful. I stayed at Kings Island two nights, three nights apart. The first morning I was disappointed in the breakfast. There were many choices, but the ones I made (Mexican omelet, chicken sausage, mini muffins, oatmeal) were flavorless. I have eaten at Hampton Inns before, with tasty choices. On my second morning I chose basic scrambled eggs, waffle, raisin bran, and (ironically) the taste element was much improved!"

"The property had burned down a year ago yet Expedia rented it to me back in April. When I arrived, there were few hotels left unoccupied as it was Parent Weekend at University of Dayton. I had to drive around calling places for three and half hours. "
