The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. My 9 year old daughter never wanted to get out of bed. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We would love to have been able to swim but the pool was closed for maintenance. Employees were friendly and helpful. Some family members that booked a room had to go elsewhere because there was no elevator. Two were elderly and could not do stairs and no more first floor rooms were available. "
