"Bed is too high for shorter folks- I am 5 feet and could barely get up in bed. Carpet was dirty- not vacuumed well and floor in bathroom had some dirt on it. Tub is old and damaged. Microwave old. Only two paper cups. Walls scuffed up- needs some work. Wondered why it was only $117. Guess considering condition should pay less!"
