**Family Groups: Search or inquire about Ocean Villas #25 for an additional unit available next door to this unit. Ocean Villas #76 and Ocean Villas #83 are two other units available in another building next to the lagoon heated pool.

Enjoy resort living in this Ocean Villas ground floor condominium which overlooks the beachfront pool and boardwalk access to the beach! Dine al fresco at the large outdoor dining table or enjoy morning coffee in the chaise lounges. Step out from your patio to the pool, and the beautiful common grounds of the complex. A nearby boardwalk with gazebo leads to the white sand of beautiful St. Augustine Beach!

Ocean Villas 20 has been recently updated and beautifully furnished down to every detail to make your vacation luxurious and comfortable. The unit is light and bright, and softened with beachy themes of blues and greys throughout. Spacious and open, the living area and fully stocked kitchen area with breakfast bar are all open and overlooking the views outside. Each of three bedrooms and are comfortably furnished and outfitted with fresh linens and soft touches. Bathrooms are supplied with soft towels.

**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval. 2 dogs max allowed by the complex.

While in St. Augustine, don't miss out on the great history and activities the area has to offer. This condo is located convenient to all of the area attractions. Ride Ripley’s Red Train around the area and take in the historic beauty of Downtown St. Augustine! Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo San Marcos, and stroll down colorful St. George Street filled with shops and restaurants of irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. But don’t forget to make good use of the night by experiencing the Ghost train or Haunted House tour. Enjoy the endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, art galleries and book stores.

I stayed here with my mom and sister on a girls trip. The condo was easy to find, right on the beach, and was stocked with everything we needed. Cute decor and responsive owners. Place was very clean and comfortable, I would stay here again! The only negative is that it was on the ground floor where there were several AC units for the building just outside the bedroom I slept in, so it was quite noisy at night. But I just turned on a sound machine and it was fine. You couldn’t hear anything from the other bedrooms.

This may quite possibly be the CLEANEST and most BEAUTIFUL condo we have ever stayed in. First floor level and location to beach access was perfect for my elderly mother! She enjoyed walking out to the beach daily. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone especially families with small children or older adults

This condo was amazing! It was probably one of the best we have ever rented in cleanliness and being well stocked. They have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and even neck pillows for you to use at the pool! They have it all covered! Our week got cut short because of Hurricane Helene, but we loved our time there. I would highly recommend this condo! It was perfect!

The location worked out really well for us. The first floor made it look way to take the dogs out. The beach and pool were just a short walk away. The gate on the back patio allowed the dogs to lay outside and people watch. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had so much fun at our week at your property! My mom and dad (both with walkers) loved the easy access to the pool, while my niece (4) had a blast at the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Communication was quick and easy and made for a really relaxing trip. Our stay at this condo over Christmas to be close to family in St. Augustine was excellent. Communications with the property manager was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions that made check-in a breeze.The condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The property is close to everything you’d want at the beach but far enough from the hectic crowds of downtown during St. Augustine’s Christmas Nights of Lights, with an easy Uber ride to get there when we wanted to.Spending Christmas here was truly special. We even brought our own Christmas tree to make it feel like home, and the condo was the perfect backdrop for our holiday.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay hope to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Augustine.

We had a great time in St Augustine. The condo was big enough for our family of 6. The condo is just next to the pool and a short walk over the dunes to the beach. We took full advantage for the large patio, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. The condo had everything we needed.

The place was perfect! Gorgeous and the ocean was a short walk right out back. Could of had more trash bag, toiletries and paper towel but some places don't provide that. Owners are amazing and great communication. I will definitely book again and recommend this place.
