"This was our first stay at a B&B and were amazed at how great the experience was. Ian was an excellent host, looked after us very well. The room was very spacious and quite roomy , also having access to a lounge area as well. We cannot recommend Edens Rest highly enough. "A lovely 6 night stay at this B&B on the outskirts of St Austell. Bill and Jacqui could not be more welcoming. A clean, comfortable room with an excellent choice on the tea tray. A good choice for breakfast, with everything cooked to order. This B&B is ideally located for a number of Cornwall's attractions."

"We were very impressed with the room and facilities. Comfortable and clean. Lovely little touches from quilted rain coats to fresh milk in the fridge and even complementary larger in the fridge in our room. Also a super selection of coffee pods and tea for our use which added a bit of luxury to our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and personally showed us to our room. Breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal. Highly recommended "
