An excellent hotel, absolutely recommend it

An excellent hotel, the hotel staff is nice, we arrives early before the check-in time, the staff was so nice and helpful let us check in the room earlier as this is available. We can refresh ourselves after a long overnight bus to St Gallen. Location is very close to those tourist attraction too. Love to stay here again

Charming hotel, right in the center of St Gallen

A wonderful little place, in the midst of the historic part of town. Charming, extremely helpful staff, very good breakfast. I would re-book here in a second, we had a fantastic stay.

The hotel has a great location in the center of the city. The historic area has great shopping options. You can't check in until 4:00pm.

Tucked into a quiet stone street just around the corner from the Abbey and the old town, we lucked out and ended up here, at the best place to stay when exploring St. Gallen for the first time. We’ll be back!

A bit far away from the train station but acceptable. Check in time in the afternoon (after 4pm) is not desirable. The breakfast is simple and basic. The room is neat and clean.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.The room was an OK size. The bathroom was a bit small but with the sink being in a separate area there was good space. The hotel is right on the doorstep of the Abbey District and other attractions are a short walk away. There is also good public transport connections nearby if you're looking to travel out further. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Jeg skulle på kursus, badeværelset var perfekt for mig, da jeg sidder i manuel kørestol. Morgenmaden kunne godt være bedre, jeg blev dog mæt. personalet var meget venlige, og serviceminded. Jeg var ked af, at der var så mange brosten hen til den indgang jeg skulle bruge som kørestolsbruger. fordelen var at elevatoren var der, selvom der var brosten.

The place had everything one could need, even for an extended stay. The kitchenette was well stocked. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, even with roller bags. We would stay here again.

The property was newly refurbished. Rooms were very small. Check in was awkward, a few hours during the day the office is closed. We checked in on a Sunday and the office had closed at noon??? Had to figure out how to call the office, finally got thru and some one was there just shut the door. Ask all your questions because alot of information is not given unless you ask.
