"The only issue we had was that the water had a terrible smell, but that has nothing to do with the owner of the property. Other than the water, it was a nice little tiny house that was perfect for our one-night stay in Jacksonville. It was as the listing described and the owner was very friendly when we messaged! I enjoyed how secluded it was and it was a quiet spot to rest. Would highly recommend if you are okay with things being a little tighter than average!"

Good location right off of I-95. Hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is a bistro in the lobby which also has a bar that is open till 10pm. It was nice to come in from dinner, get a drink, and take it up to the room. One thing i didn't realize when I booked this room - the hotel is right next door to a hospital and the view from my room was the ER entrance. Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.
