"Great service from the reception staff. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly large. It was nice to have the sea view. The only downside for us was the lack of parking nearby. It was very hit and miss on getting a spot near the hotel and with a disabled traveller in our group we needed this. If you don't mind the parking issue then this is a great value for money place to stay."

This enabled us to comfortably walk to the promenade at St Leonards and along to Hastings without worrying about parking restrictions or public transport amendments linked to the annual bonfire celebrations. The hotel building is one of the many Victorian buildings in the area and they prove particularly challenging to maintain so expectation wasn't high. Our allocated room was a fine size and absolutely fine for our requirements."

We enjoyed a drink in the bar whilst listening to some live music . All the employees were super friendly ."
