"Booked a suite in this fabulous hotel for a one night stay for a visit with our 5 year old grandson. Absolutely loved the hotel and the room which was spacious and clean. Lovely details like the tea pot and kettle and the decor was amazing for our grandson who loved it. The huge bath was a big hit and all of the extra little touches in the bathroom. "The Ac was broken, the room was unbelievably hot. The day staff left it to the night staff to resolve the issues. Several rooms were complaining. Eventually we got moved to another hotel but it took around 2 hours of complaining at around midnight! Not a relaxing stay"

"Decent place for one night stay. Advert said TV had streaming services but they did not work and room was slightly different to the one in the pictures which didn't seem as nice. No salt and pepper or cooking oils available. Good location and generally a nice place"
