"I wanted to check in fast and visit an important attraction before they closed. The reception lady indicated that by law she had to check us in right away and show us the room. I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??"
" Camelot Castle Hotel
is a fantastic place to see and even better to stay.
We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, with views extending along the coast and over to the ruins of Camelot Castle.
the staff are excellent, and as we were leaving, we got the chance to meet Ted, the wonderful artist who lives and paints at the Castle.

"Loved find! We stayed one night in the cottage, which has a great living/dining area with double bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The pub is characterful, contrasted by the dining area which is quite a large, open modern addition. The breakfast was very good. We arrived at 4 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon, very hungry and I was a little disappointed to find that the only food left available for us would be fish and chips, as everything else had run out (restaurant closes at 5 on Sunday), but...
