the room is prime location, check-in email sent was great. The room was clean and well stocked with what we needed. A couple minor things we needed to call them about and management got right back with us with in minutes. Would stay here again.

A quaint, clean and convenient room. The pool was clean and relaxing. We do wish there was a stove to avoid always eating out for a hot meal. It was a great place to stay.

We had a great week stay at Clearwater Beach! Was perfect for our family! Room was clean and facility was nice. Close walking distance to everything would want to do and if not there is a free trolley. Would stay again!

Great Location for the price

Had a great time at this property. Price was right as this was just steps away from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Place was clean, pool was ok, and was fairly quiet dispite being on a busy street. We highly recommend this place. Lots of great restaurants near by as well.

Perfect location

Location. Location . Location. We were able to walk everywhere. Anything you needed was less than an 5 min walk. Right by the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shop. The heated was a huge plus. Although I thought the place could’ve been a bit cleaner it was fine for our short stay. The AC did have an issue the last day there but they were able to get someone to fix it quickly. Would stay there again.

Great location

Great location for being able to walk anywhere you want. Had some issues with the lock on the front door. It did not want to turn and lock. Took several times to lock it each time we left. The bath tub did not drain properly and by the time your done your standing in ankle deep water. We also had contradicting information on checking in early. Was told yes by one and no by another. Overall good little place for the weekend.

This condos location is great - close to restaurants/bars, coffee house, miniature golf and, best of all, cross a 2 lane street and you’re on the beach! It’s a ground level room right by the pool. The unit was clean and decorated cute. The air conditioner had a little trouble keeping up but we used the fan and it helped us stay cool when sleeping. I recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo- it was clean, well-equipped, and a very convenient location. The only downside was the 3 temperature/humidity control units in the condo... I found them pretty noisy and they would wake me up when they switched on and off automatically. I could find no way to shut them off.

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Pointe. The location was perfect having a pleasing variety of restaurants within walkable distance of room. The only down side of our room was that the towel supply was scarce…1towel per couple! Thankful that I had packed one intended for beach.

A much needed trip!

Me and 2 of my good friends stayed together in this Condo. The condo was about 40 minutes from the Tampa Airport. We arrived to a clean room with fresh towels and linen. The dishes, microwave, and mini fridge all came in handy. The pull out couch was comfortable and the king size bed was spaceous and firm. The property had a swimming pool that was cleaned every morning. Resturants and coffee shops are all close by. The beach was right across the street. We had a great time! We did buy a pool noodle at Surf Shop and put it on the corner of the bed frame to save our shins and in the middle of the night.
