"The hotel was pet friendly but we did not use this service so I have no comment. The lack of soundproofing though made this stay awful. Every person who walked by outside your room sounded like they were inside your room. You could hear every word every person said. Other guests fought until 4 am, had a barking dog and had the police called on them and you could hear every word of their fight. The air conditioner also kicked in every 20 minutes or so and made a horrible grinding sound for 1-2 minutes before it started working. We barely slept the 2 nights we were there, this room sucked."

"We had a walk out room with a beach view which was beautiful. Jamie who helped us with the kayaks was very nice and informative. Outdoor pools were nice, bummer the hot tub was not working. Downfall to the property, not enough beach chairs to accommodate guest and day pass visitors. "

"the room smelled and was not happy with the price we paid. i’m from Tampa and expected what the pictures showed. we was enjoying ourselves at the beach which was the best part about the trip and was told we had to move to accommodate the wedding that you had. we were paying customers and then my granddaughters had to go thru another hotel to get to your pool and then was told to had to leave the pool because the didn’t have a key on and that never happened to us before"

"Motel on the poor side, barely 2 star - detinately not 3 star. Dated furniture, cheap bedding, not maintained shower, not clean, minimalistic breakfast selection. Way overpriced for what it offers."

"We nooked based on previous stays about 5 years ago. The rate is high for a great hotel. BUT, Eveidently new management policies allow unruly teenagers to roam the halls at all hours of the afternoon and night. Noisy, screaming to friends and banging on doors. Security was more involved eith checking every car that came in the lot to ensure they were guests. Won't be back!! SAD"
