This upstairs 3 bedroom condominium is ready for a family to come and relax! This home is well stocked with dishes, and sleeps 7 if you use the twin sleeper sofa.
In a quiet area of the complex the nice covered deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening dinners.
Close to the back pool and tennis courts but still a easy stroll to the lake and clubhouse.

Ocean Walk cannot be beat for the best amenities. Two pools that are maintained daily, brand new tennis courts, a fitness center with treadmills and ellipticals as well as some weights make fining something to do an easy task.
The best part about Ocean Walk is it is a affordable alternative to other locations on the island with more amenities than any of them and it is a very easy stroll to the village areas restaurants and shops.
Kids are welcome here and you will see them out riding bikes, swinging on the tree swings, fishing or playing on the playground.

We are available 9-8 pm Monday thru Friday, during check in hours of 4-8 if you need assistance and afterhours if there is an emergency.

Ocean Walk if 8 blocks to 3 different playgrounds, the ballfields, putt putt, fishing on the pier or just going down to the pier to watch the fishermen or sunset. Bike paths are all around the island so if you like to ride there are miles of paved paths.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher in the summer months. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.

Last getaway before school

Our family always does a vacation every summer. Last summer it was the mountains. The last time we were at St Simon's Island was the Summer of 2020. Everything was closed. Only a few restaurants were open and a handful of shops. Thankfully the beaches were empty. This year the shops were all open, all the restaurants were buzzing, and the beaches were full of life. Thankfully St Simon's is never one of those super crowded vacation spots like Hilton Head or Myrtle Beach. The beaches may have a good amount of people but there's still lots of room for everyone. Our VRBO condo was amazing. They recently renovated and it looks great. It was a huge suytonus because it doesn't look like the old pictures anymore. It's updated and modern. Not that we don't mind the kitschy beach theme a lot of folks use in their rentals. But it was a nice surprise. Our teenagers loved the nearby pool. It was never crowded. There are propane grills scattered around the village for owners and renters to use. The ducks walking around are adorable. Most of the property is pretty shaded and has a great relaxed feeling to it. We highly recommend you stay here. We know we will again.
