"We arrived at the railway station in Zermatt quite late and found it dark, to discover a town wide power cut. Staff were very considerate and fortunately the hotel had its own emergency generator. My wife has limited mobility, and whilst she had to make her own way to the third floor, one of the reception staff carried our luggage up for us. Excellent room with view of the Matterhorn, fabulous breakfast, and close proximity to the railway station."

"Great hotel very near to the train station. However at check-in there was another power outage- the whole town was without power for 2 hours. We were tired and hungry- it was difficult to find something to eat as nearly everything had closed. We had booked for 3 nights but to be honest 2 nights would have been plenty of time. "

"This is a spectacular property. Our room was large, comfortable, cozy and there were lots of extras. A balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, a large breakfast included with American items like scrambled eggs, waffles, cut up fresh fruit, a nicely stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room, various glasses and mugs, water bottle. A sauna and fitness room. Plus, Zermatt is a fun village with lots of shopping and restaurants. The owner and employees are kind and helpful. A++ rating. "

"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"
