The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

Great overnight stay. After 12 hours of traveling it was wonderful to be greeted by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable front desk! Rooms are as described small but clean, freshly remodeled. Excellent value for the piece. Location is the best! Will stay here again.

Great location for travelling to both airports. Major tube and bus hub and local to attractions around the city.

The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.

Lots of food options nearby, quieter location. Felt safe during our stay, staff was very attentive and kind. Would stay again!

Second time staying at the Delmere before flying home to the US. It’s a great option; two blocks from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, tons of great restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself has modern, clean rooms. I’ve stayed on the lower level at the back and it’s super quiet.

I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities.
