The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a last-minute extension of my stay and a room key issue. Both situations were resolved quickly and effectively.

Breakfast is very good and the room is spacious. The only issue is the shower where the edges on the shower floor have some molding.

Love this little Inn. I have stayed here multiple times and I am never disappointed. Super Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms, super friendly staff! Being a woman, I don’t see any problem with the location. It’s very safe. They are always accommodating and very helpful. I would recommend and definitely be back.

This motel was easy to get to, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I would gladly stay here again if the need would arise and recommend it to anyone who needs to spend a night or so in Big Spring.

HAD A MIX UP WITH ROOM AND ENDED UP WITH A SMOKING ROOM. HAD THE SMELL OF DEODORIZER ALL NIGHT. BUT DID NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE. STAFF DID GET A LITTLE HUFFY UNTIL I DID NOT BACK DOWN. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THEY DID NOT VERIFY IDENTITY OF CUSTOMER. THEN I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR ROOM IN ADVANCE AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN AFTER I TOLD THEM I PAYED ALREADY. THEY DID REFUND ME THE NEXT DAY BUT STILL! ON THE BRIGHT SIDE IT WAS A NICE PLACE AND CLEAN.
