"We have had such a great experience renting Blue Hues from Rick and Jodi! From the second I booked to the day we left Exuma, Rick was so helpful every step of the way. We really felt 100% satisfied and comfortable booking this property with Rick, especially being first time visitors in Exuma.The house was everything and more that we could have expected! Pictures don't do it justice this property is amazing!! Perfect location on the island so we were able to easily go to either way to explore different beaches/restaurants. The gardens surrounding the house was such a nice touch to it all. We loved walking through, especially to the outdoor shower off to the side of the house down one of the many beautiful garden paths. I literally just used that outdoor shower everyday and enjoyed the light breeze while staring out into the ocean and hearing the waves wash on shore. Everything was very clean, and spacious for our family of 5. We didn't use the guest house since we didn't need rhe room but Im sure it is just as nice and the main house. Pool was definitely an added bonus. The whole set up was perfect, you could see the ocean from the house, the patio, the pool/pool deck and even when you pull in to the driveway from the private road leading to it. Quick walk down the driveway to the shared private beach with clear turquoise water and nice clean sand. There is even a tree swing down by the beach! Im telling you, book this place you will not regret it! Thanks again Rick!"

"Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!"

"Mostly like to say it was not a place for kids, so no kids. I love kids, but it was nice to have only adults around. We have no complaints whatsoever about our stay. Staff was courteous, friendly and out of their way helpful. Ask for Mary!!!!!! "

"This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. "Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "

"This home is the most impressive we have stayed at...including the best resorts. No matter what you could think of needing, Paul has taken care of it. The property managers are easy to contact and so very helpful. The location is even better than Exuma Bay. With 2 washers and dryers you are able to do all of your laundry so plan on bringing less clothing. The pool is heated and has lights for evening and night swimming. There are plenty of floats, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board to enjoy. The area is safe. My favorite was the kitchen, being an at home cook, I loved having EVERYTHING you would need to grill, bake, pan fry. The bathrooms are straight out of a magazine and the tubs are not to miss. We watched the sunrise each morning. There are so many other things I could say about this fine home. But the final thing is this...my family, friends, and I will be back. "
