"This property is being kept up just like owner other properties expectations are high. Greeted when walked in an explained dates reserved. Explained breakfast times, fitness room hours with pool. Was asked about room needs for housekeeping. Everyone was pleasant. This weekend was busy for staff but they did the job with smiles."

"I understand they are doing a lot of maintenance but parking was very inadequate. We had to park almost two blocks away and carry bags from a long distance. They must be remodeling so I would come back again but if I know about the parlor issue I wouldn’t have stayed there as I am having back issues currently."

"This is our go to hotel…price is always great, get a voucher for a free drink, hot tub is amazing and their breakfast is always tops…this time they were renovating so banging going on, hot tub down and at breakfast the waffle maker broke and sausage was spoiled. We will go back and hopefully will be all up and running in their newly renovated domain."

"My family and I got to stay with them for an extended time waiting for our house to be finished. Awesome place, great people , couldn’t suggest it enough. Very clean, awesome staff. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was well done, rooms were very clean. Best place in Ames to stay."
