"I booked a two night stay, go the place for my mother and myself. The space overall is decent, it’s a set up from a hotel. The cleanliness of the property was laughable. The sitting chairs had crust on the back, the table had crumbs all over it. There was still food products forgotten by the earlier people. I found a toilet full of poop. Literally, the water to the toilet was shut off. I turned it on then the place started to smellhorrible, I had no choice but to deal with it myself. I had to...

"Kind and cooperative host. Check in was quick, flawless. The building is beautiful in a remarkable neighborhood of yesteryear. Walk a block to Smoky Rows for great coffee. Take a stroll past hundred year old houses with porches and fences of days gone by. Fully stocked kitchen, ample parking in front and back. Nice kitchen back door. Good lighting, solid mattress and large screen tv. Quiet residents too. We will be back."

"Parking pass was necessary to park on site or risk towing. Pass was to be inside the unit at check-in. There was not a parking pass inside which forced street parking several blocks away. Several attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful, unresponsive "
