"I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this host, as you could lose your money like I did. I booked a two-night stay at this apartment and, upon arrival, called the number provided to obtain the access details. Unfortunately, nobody answered. I spent several hours outside the property repeatedly calling and received no response whatsoever. With no way to access the apartment I had paid for, I was eventually forced to find and pay for alternative accommodation. I raised the issue...
